Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant in Qatar.

Job Details:

  • Maintain employee files and the filling system.
  • Maintain data reports by inputting and updating payroll earnings, recap of  employees, payroll deductions, insurance invoices, quarterly reports and time   sheets.
  • Maintain current, new hire and terminated employee information by entering and   updating addresses, phone numbers, emergency contact information, pay rates and status changes.
  • Commit payroll on biweekly basis for Part-time, Full-time hourly, and Full-time    Equivalent employees.
  • Report workers compensation injuries to insurance.
  • Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping Human Resource information confidential.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate holder.
  • Well versed in Tally, Excel and MS Office.
  • Minimum two years experience in the same field.
  • Good communication skills.
