Project Manager With 12 Years Experience

Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced Project Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Coordinate and communicate with Development Team on construction milestones during   pre-turnover stage.
• Oversee and communicate key inspections along with the Development team during   construction and post-turnover.
• Follow up on construction punch list post-turnover of the building, work with general   contractor and Development team to complete punch list items within an appropriate time   frame.
• Report the project variation of schedule, cost, and deliverables specification to all levels of   RBEI/EAE and AE-CS management as well as to the customer 
• Develop and motivate the project team to contribute efficiently to the project success 
• Facilitate make or buy decisions, supplier selection processes, and if applicable monitor and   control supplier project activities.
