Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Project Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Work with RSO departments to prepare proper documentation relating to permits and   applications for each new restaurant, as applicable.
• Coordinate and communicate with Development Team on construction milestones during   pre-turnover stage.
• Oversee and communicate key inspections along with the Development team during   construction and post-turnover.
• Preparing the quotations and submitting offers with technical documents; attending the pre   bid meetings and understanding client requirements.
• Attending techno-commercial meetings with client and ensuring that submitted quote is in   line with requirements.
• Ensuring cost to complete the project is under the planned graph.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 23 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
