Job Description :
Wanted experienced HR Manager in Qatar.
Job Details:
- Proven success interfacing with leaders at the VP/SVP level or above, directly influencing a business plan
- Proven experience developing and executing HR strategy that aligns with business priorities
- Hands-on experience and capability in working with both a represented and non-represented workforce
- Familiarity and/or experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies - standard work, Gemba, Process Mapping, Kaizen, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Qatar Labour laws
- 19+ years of experience in same role.
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Nepali
- With transferable NOC and valid Qatar DrivingLicense.
