Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Ensure adequate training in the areas of new employee orientation, safety training,   leadership training etc.
• Administer coaching/ counseling/ discipline with hourly employees as appropriate.
• Administer hourly new hire & benefits orientation and handle inquiries.
• Guide zonal sales training team and ensures that the training needs of the zones are met.
• Responsible for Talent Acquisition and Management at the zonal level.
• Leads/supervises a team of professionals which includes HR Business Partners and Training   & Development Professionals.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum 19 years experience is required.
• Only Male can apply.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent managerial skills.
