Looking for an experienced Construction Manager.

Job Details:

•   Bid and negotiate site construction, building construction and landscape/irrigation construction services.
•  Assist Development Team in reviewing and analyzing construction budget numbers throughout the development process.
• Assist in obtaining development and construction permits.
•  Manage permit and construction schedules.

Job Requirements:

• Have 20 years experience in the same role.
• Competent in conflict and crisis management
• Proficiency in MS Office
• BS Degree in construction management
• Excellent managerial skills.
