Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Meets regularly with internal management and client representatives to discuss project   status, schedules and project plans.
• Prepares budget estimates based upon past expenditures and proposed projects.
• Performs periodic personnel review and recommend adjustment of salaries, classifications.
• To have complete responsibility for the Overall Site Management for all construction   activities (mechanical, civil, electrical, instrumentation; fabrication, erection and   commissioning etc.
• Provide Leadership to site construction team. 
• Drive and complete the project from site; and deliver the project with focus on quality,   safety, schedule & cost.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder
• Minimum 15 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
