Wanted experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Assists with the development of policies and programs to attract, retain and promote a diverse workforce for the organization.
•  Determines the appropriateness of introducing diversity initiatives and considers the unique needs of the organization.
•  Collaborate with Learning and Development to create diversity and inclusion curriculum that assists in implementing initiatives.
•  Create and implement measurement tools to successfully track progress in attaining diversity goals.

Job Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Qatar Labour laws
•  19+ years of experience in same role.
• Fluent in English, Hindi & Nepali 
• Excellent computer skills
