Job Details:

• Prepares Training and system documentation.
• Develops, document and revises system, test procedures, and quality standards.
• Provides staff and users with assistance solving systems related problems, such as   malfunctions and program problems.
• Drive the construction of complex business problems into innovative technology solutions.
• To identify ways to redesign business processes with the right functional design and right    technology.
• Prepare RFP response with overall technical solution design as well as estimating effort to   arrive at commercial proposal.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder. 
• Minimum one year experience is required. 
• IT Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Creative minded.
