We are Looking for an experienced General Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Forecast and adjust payroll to maximize productivity, achieve sales & payroll goals, and   complete workload.
• Build a team that embodies the Ulta Beauty brand by delivering exceptional service and   driving guest loyalty.
• Review and interpret financial and operational reporting regularly, including store visit and    audit results. 
• Responsible customer / external audits and compliance across locations.
• Build quality oriented culture thru implementation of various quality systems.
• Responsible for employee training on quality systems.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 25 years experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Management Skills.
• Good communication Skills.
