Looking for an experienced Facilities Manager

Job Details:

•  Plans, budgets and schedules facilities modifications including estimates, bids, contacts and labor/material requirements
•  Coordinates with government inspectors
• Responsible for PEZA documentation and compliance
• Other duties as assigned-Lead performs at similar levels without supervisory duties and at lower level.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years experience in same role.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Advance knowledge in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) & Preventive Maintenance System (PMS).
