Job Description :
A leading company looking for an experienced HR Manager in UAE.
Job Details:
- Assists in execution of HR department goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to continue effective improvements in efficiency.
- Coordinate and maintain all DOT employee driver qualification files and DOT related records and reporting as required.
- Participate in the update and maintenance of Sterling’s HRIS/Benefits/Payroll system, and employee electronic and paper records management.
- Function as payroll backup to Payroll Manager.
- Initiate the termination check lists for all terminations.
- Create and distribute new hire org announcements.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate holder.
- Minimum one year experience in the same field.
- Only Male candidates need to apply.
- Well versed in MS Office.
- Be a smart and presentable.
