Job Description :

A leading company looking for an experienced HR Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

• Assists in execution of HR department goals and recommend new approaches,   policies and procedures to continue effective improvements in efficiency. 
• Coordinate and maintain all DOT employee driver qualification files and DOT    related records and reporting as required.
• Participate in the update and maintenance of Sterling’s HRIS/Benefits/Payroll   system, and employee electronic and paper records management.   
• Function as payroll backup to Payroll Manager.
• Initiate the termination check lists for all terminations.
• Create and distribute new hire org announcements.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
• Only Male candidates need to apply.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Be a smart and presentable.
