Required Construction Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Develop new and manage existing client relationships while interfacing with the client for   proposal and project related items.
• Develop new and manage existing subcontractor relationships based on previous   experieince in the T&D/Electric Power Industry.
• Participate in internal and external project risk reviews and consult with Legal Department   as required.
•  Develop and manage project budgets that meet program guidelines. 
• Interfacing to Municipality Officials for ROW for OFC OSP Aerial Construction
• Rating of Fiber Contractors based on their efficiency, Quality, reputation, cost and reliability.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• IT Skills.
• B-Tech Holder.
