Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Independently gathers information from a variety of sources; to analyze, interpret,   and summarize data gathered, and to deliver insights
• Provides feedback to project team members as necessary for high performance.
• Uses HR and project experience to confidently question the status quo, challenge    assumptions, and make course corrections where necessary
• Monitors overall HR compliance activities.
• Creates comprehensive and effective change management strategies to mitigate risk   and ensure project success.
• Leads, monitors and controls the execution of HR project initiatives; drives and   monitors issues and risks to keep project initiatives on track.

Job Requirements:

• Ninteen years experience in the same field.
• Graduate holder.
• With valid Qatar Driving Licence.
