Job Details:

•  Evaluate information concerning a customer's conceptual needs and provide guidance on   responses.
•  Estimate and coordinate program activities and associated costs.
•  Advise the Talent Management Leadership with respect to issues and needs.
•  Assist in development of communications and implementation plan of regional and system   initiatives.
•  Review and improving integration between different processes to enhance delivery.
•  Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions;   analyzing information and applications.
