A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Assist in development of communications and implementation plan of regional and system   initiatives.
• Partnering with other content areas to implement programs and ensure alignment with the   rest of the System.
•  Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues;   establishing objectives in line with organization.
•  Manages human resources operations by recruiting, managing a team, maintaining   compensation, accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
•  Establishing and planning project activities and timelines.
•  Determining appropriate resources for assigned projects.

Job Requirements:

• Having 14 years experience in the field.
• MBA holder need to apply.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent IT Skills.
