Required Facilities Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Facilities Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Manage the purchase of spare parts and tools.
• Manage indirect budgets as well as janitorial and landscape contracts.
• Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures,   manpower, wages and salaries.
• Responsible for repair of Electrical / HVAC systems, Plumbing, Carpentry, Civil and   others. 
• Take care of the annual maintenance of all the equipments and services.
• Vendor Management negotiation and selection of the vendors based on the criteria defined.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
•  Qatar Driving License is must.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
