Operations Manager In Qatar

Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Operations Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Support, coach, mentor, accompany and empower dispatchers and drivers.
• Review operations successes while taking appropriate action to achieve established goals.
• Establish and implement goals for the entire operation including revenue, driver retention,   safety, metrics, evaluating business risks and meeting all customer satisfaction   requirements.
• Monitor process performance to ensure accuracy and timeliness of delivery.
• Ensure adherence to project SOW.
• Measure team performance e.g performance appraisal, confirmation, feedback and training.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• IT Skills.
•  Bachelor of Education.
