Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Ensure homes are completed by scheduled closing date.
• Maintain construction best practices on respective job sites.
• Maintain knowledge of scope of work of each major subcontractor.
•  Develop and manage project budgets that meet program guidelines. 
• Interfacing to Municipality Officials for ROW for OFC OSP Aerial Construction.
• Rating of Fiber Contractors based on their efficiency, Quality, reputation, cost and   reliability.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
• Minimum 4 years experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
