Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Review, recommend, and manage any supplemental external sourcing support required as   well as negotiating competitive rates and contract terms for such support.
•  Assists with the development of policies and programs to attract, retain and promote a   diverse workforce for the organization.
•  Determines the appropriateness of introducing diversity initiatives and considers the unique   needs of the organization.
•  Collaborate with Learning and Development to create diversity and inclusion curriculum   that assists in implementing initiatives.
•  Provide training and development programs, performance management and compensation   initiatives.
•  Provide guidance and oversight to the store management team on risk management,   compliance and safety concerns.

Job Requirements:
