Job Description :

Urgently looking for experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Prepares budget estimates based upon past expenditures and proposed projects.
•  Performs periodic personnel review and recommend adjustment of salaries, classifications.
•  Participates in the review of proposed construction projects including pre-bid meetings.
•  Select and coordinate purchase of equipment necessary for proper operation of facilities.
•  Managing multiple projects in multiple locations to ensure quality and completion within   budget and on schedule.
•  Manage all invoices so they are proper, certified by the owner, and that all billable costs are   invoiced.

Job Requirements:

• Having 4 years experience in the same field.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Good Analytical Skills.
• Excellent managerial skills.
