Hiring Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Willingness to learn and get involved with the wider aspects of managing   costs.
• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
• Calculating Quantities and making estimations.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting   budget projections accordingly.
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest   construction materials, pricing, and trends.
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site   managers, project managers and site engineers   Write reports.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Five years experience in same field.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Familiar With Auto CAD.
• A good working knowledge of MS Excel.
