Hiring Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Senior QS Professional with 15+yrs of experience in end to end Quantity   Surveying activities may apply.
• Strong knowledge on generating of all type of MIS reports to   management.
• Preparing work done, taking measurements, bills etc. of sub-contractor   bill in ERP Preparing Rate Analysis & Cost analysis. 
• Preparing & Contractors bill after on-site measurement.
• Preparing work break down schedule / ACE cost vis s vis actual cost   being incurred and raise alarm in case of variations.
• Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour   costs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree.
• Three years experience in same field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Only Male need to apply.
• Must be proficient with computer literacy ( MS office, Word, Excel, etc).
