Job Details:

  • Handling the entire cycle of recruitment for junior, middle & senior level professionals for   the various business verticals of the company.
  • Understanding the manpower requirement & mapping the talent pool available in the   market.
  • Scheduling & coordinating interviews.
  • Generating references from Candidates.
  • Employee Learning and Development. 
  • Implementation of of Performance Management System as per laid parameters.

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skill.
  •  Male candidates are prefered.
  • Good knowledge on SAP Software.
  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
