Hr Manager Required

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Develop and administer programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align    employees' and Company objectives
• Conduct a continuing study of all HR policies, programs, and practices to keep    management informed of new developments
• Assess existing standard operating procedures, systems and tools, identify    opportunities for improvement, implement improvements and report results.
• Manages and administers all HR programs, policies, and processes.
• Maintains a thorough understanding of current employment law and HR Best    Practices.
• Manage the day to day activities within the office.
• Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of company records.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.
• Only Female candidates need to apply.
• Eight years experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
