Job Description :

Urgently looking for experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Monitor the construction or design job scope, schedule and budget to ensure quality on time   delivery within budget.
•  Attend progress meetings and book meetings, helping to facilitate issue identification and   resolution.
•  Review construction schedule submissions and recommend time extension requests.
•  Oversee drawing of architectural floor plans and material selections to be used by engineers   or contractors for design and construction of facilities. 
•  Perform accurate project revenue and cost financial forecasting to ensure corporate   profitability goals are met.
•  Coordinate with estimators and project controls group to establish budget.

Job Requirements:

• With 15 years experience in the same field.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Excellent IT Skills.
