Job Description :

A leading compnay looking for experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Develop and execute HR strategies, programs and initiatives that directly align with the   hospital business plans and strategies.
•  Serve as a change agent to organize human resources with process improvement, efficiency   change, and customer service in mind.
•  Develops and implements a strategic staffing plan for both production and non-production   positions that supports the business goals.
•  Utilize resources to ensure the recruitment of high quality talent consistent with the desired    company culture.
•  Drive efficiency in overall HR operations, including implementation of HR enterprise   services, oversight of salary/wages/benefits.
•  Responsible for supervising all strength management/strength distribution actions.

Job Requirements:
