Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Architect in UAE.

Job Details:

• Investigate alternatives and perform value engineering throughout design process.
• Develop detailed bid packages, including finalized drawings and specifications.
• Feasibility studies and fee estimates.
• Participate in job-site coordination meetings and design team meetings.
• Monitor construction for compliance with contract documents and to insure quality. 
• Research and presentation of new products and materials.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture.
• Knowledge in 2D & 3D modeling, Studio max, Photo Shop, AutoCAD and Sketchup.
• Five years experience in the same field.
• Good communication skills.
