Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour   costs.
• Due diligence of new vendors / Contractor / Service providers /   consultants.
• Prepare & to scrutinize various general & Special terms & condition of   contracts.
• Preparation, check & review the Variation statements / Amendments   including rate analysis etc.
• To carry out all such works assigned by management from time to time.
• Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma Holder.
• Communication must be good.
• Seven years experience in same field.
• Only Male need to apply.
