Hiring Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour   costs.
• Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts.
• Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.
• Assist the Project Head (Site) in reconciliation of bills related to Material   quantity/costs.
• Preparing work done, taking measurements, bills etc. of sub-contractor   bill in ERP Preparing Rate Analysis & Cost analysis.
• Preparing work break down schedule / ACE cost vis s vis actual cost   being incurred and raise alarm in case of variations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• A good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Have good knowledge in Auto CAD and MS office.
• Six years experience in same field.
