Hiring Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour   costs.
• Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts.
• Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest   construction materials, pricing, and trends.
• Compare budget costs for benchmark purposes, analyze quantities and   scope items, as well as undertake value engineering exercises.
• Assist the Project Head (Site) in reconciliation of bills related to Material   quantity/costs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Seven years experience in same field.
•  A good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
