Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced HR Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Take accurate, detailed phone messages for EVP of Human Resources.
• Maintain and audit the manager and corporate employee files.
• Run and distribute reports for employee review planning and overdue reviews.
• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Recruitment planning based on man power requisitions from the concern head of the   department.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 11 years experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Be a smart and presentable.
