Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Purchasing Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  The ability to interact with executives and stakeholders at all levels of organization and   deliver effective presentations.
•  Proven ability to manage competing agendas and priorities, and translate complex   information across internal and external audiences.
•  Evaluates terms and conditions of proposed and potential complex contracts and   coordinates any legal review.
•  Executes a planned negotiation strategy, including coordinating said strategy with other   technical experts involved and participating in negotiations conducted with vendors to   develop the contract price and terms.
•  Uses internal templates in support of the procurement life cycle that assists with the internal   operations and coordinates with the Business owners to provide guidance and oversight to   procurement lifecycle process.
•  Measure contracting metric performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

Job Requirements:

• With more than 11 years experience in the field.
• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
•  Strong presentation skills.
