Job Description :
We are urgently seeking for a Accountant cum Office Administrator in UAE.
Job Details:
- Answering all incoming phone calls.
- File Management Filing various bills, receipts in relevant folders & maintaining those folders.
- Manage documentation Any vendor purchase orders, business cards, banking letters etc.
- Organize relevant office events, trainings, Seminars, employee outings etc.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the group interview process.
- Managing EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax payments.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skill.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Proficient in Accounting.
- Bachelor's Degree holder.
- Be a smart and presentable.
