A Construction company seeking for a male HR Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Drafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
•  Involvement in interview coordination's as guided.
• Involvement in interview process by internal assessment coordination's.
• Maintaining database for the candidates approached and keeping the track on their   candidature. 
• Preparation of required reports on shortlists of qualified candidates.
•  Approaching screened candidates via calls, emails as guided by next level authorities.

Job Requirements:

• Male candidates are prefered.
• Good communication skill.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
• Be a smart and presentable.
