Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Oversees the maintenance of purchasing records and complies with the Nation's File Retention Policy.
• Assists in establishing purchasing goals, makes recommendations to improve purchasing operations and implements changes.
• Prepares specifications for items to be purchased on all bids.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the c   company.
• Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Valid Qatar driving License.
• Minimum 15 years experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Be a smart and presentable.
