Job Description :

We are looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Create, Support and lead HR plans and actions by advising managers and employees
•  Lead a small HR team and local efforts, supporting daily operations through effective   employee relations management, talent acquisition, employee benefits management and   administration, etc.
•  Lead and directly manage the human resources records and services.
•  Administer coaching/ counseling/ discipline with hourly employees as appropriate.
• Establish and adhere to plant-wide human resources policies, as appropriate.
•  Schedule, plan, and/or attend required departmental and/or plant meetings.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.
• Having 10 years experience in the field.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
•  High proficiency in HR Operations, recruitment, HR Policy, payroll.
