Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Customer Service Specialist in Qatar.

Job Details:

  •  Process prescription and stock orders.
  • Address customer concerns about billing and services rendered.
  • Refer complaints of service failures to necessary department managers.
  • Execute against Order to Cash (O2C) documented processes and Veritas policies.
  • Build and monitor internal processes for Order Management from implementation to   support.
  • Work with business customers, developers and Oracle Support to research, document and   resolve Oracle system issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Valid Qatar Driving License.
  • Good communication Skills.
  • Minimum 5 years experience is required.
  • Degree/Diploma Holder.
