Urgently looking for experienced Systems Administrator in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Provides real-time help desk support for facilities live on related operational systems.
•  Provides setup and installation support for operational systems team.
•  Performs root cause/effect and analysis for incident resolution.
•  Troubleshooting capability relating to connectivity and transaction support.
•  Manages problem or request tickets from users and resolves support issues to ensure a positive user experience.
•  Analyzes system outages and manages and monitors system performance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Previous relevant experience in the field.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Good Computer Skills.
