Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

• Establish and implement executive sourcing strategies and leverage global/local    partnerships when necessary to identify candidates
• Develop and maintain relationships with external talent sources - including search    firms, job-boards, research contractors, etc.)
• Serves as a point of contact for executive candidates.
• Partner with HR, business leaders and hiring managers on executive talent    initiatives.
• Partners with Compensation team to develop and communicate executive   compensation package to final candidates, taking into account the external market,   internal equity, and skills and experiences brought to the role.
• Provides advice and counsel to HR and business unit leaders on the implications of    talent selection strategies and choices on business results.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
