Required Project Manager

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

• Supervising timely procurement of construction material, tools, plants, machinery,   and safety measures to be taken before, during and after the construction activities.
• Organising project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottle   necking.
• Developing project baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost,   resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory   execution of projects. 
• Making casting plan as per sequence of erection and day to day coordination with   erection team for smooth execution of erection activity.
• Conducting rates analysis for various finished items and material required for   construction.
• Developing project baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost,   resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory   execution of projects.

Job Requirements:

• Civil Engineering Degree
• Only male candidates need to apply.
• Minimum one year experience in construction field.
• Good communication skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
