Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Assisting with valuations and cost reports. Budgeting, Billing and Cost Tracking QS /   Billing / Verification of Bills and Tracking. 
• Identify, price and agree project variations. Preparing cost comparisons for different   methods of construction
• Verifying, planning, and taking measures on controllable variances to reduce the project   cost.
• Analyzing and ascertaining Risk of the Task and accordingly develop a strategy to resolve   the risk.
• Regular site visit and monitoring the progress to get first hand information to validate bills.
• Setting the method of calculation in line with IS code, analyzing the labour productivity.

 Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
