Experienced Hr Manager

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Administer coaching/ counseling/ discipline with hourly employees as appropriate. 
• Ensure adequate training in the areas of new employee orientation, safety training,   leadership training, etc.
• Ensure the recruitment and staffing of temporary, hourly, non-exempt and exempt   level positions.
• Ensure compliance with all established state and federal laws, regulations, and    corporate policies.
• Perform other assignments as deemed necessary by the Human Resources Director.   and Plant Manager.
• Attend necessary and/or required workshops and seminars to stay current with the   latest developments in the human resources field.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Good communication skills.
