Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Prepare and Manage control Budget.
• Prepare and manage Resource Budget (Manpower & Equipment).
• Prepare and submit monthly valuations, including all supporting information for materials   on site, variations and measurement.
• Verifying, planning, and taking measures on controllable variances to reduce the project   cost.
• Value engineering, variation management, maintain cost data base benchmark
• Reviewing and Sourcing contractors and suppliers for new projects. Negotiating and   appointing preferred sub-contractors.    {{STRONG}}Job Requirements:{{ESTRONG}}
• Good communication Skills.
• Graduate Holder.
• Minimum 14 years experience is required.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
