Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Operation Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Responsible for oversight of all cash management policies, procedures and practices.
• Responsible for the implementation, audit and administration of the Fleet Rewards Visa and Store Cards.
• Ensure the store is in compliance with all company procedures and policies to ensure   customers are receiving a superior experience.
• Managing the daily running of the 24x7 grievance helpline
• Ensure standard operating procedures (SOP) are strict followed.
• Resource planning by using effective call Centre strategies and operational expertise.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
