Urgently looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Achieves electrical maintenance financial objectives by preparing an annual budget;   scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Completes electrical maintenance operational requirements by scheduling and assigning   employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains electrical maintenance staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training   employees.
• Perform general troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
• Prompt reporting on detected failures and malfunctions both developed and developing.
• Participate to Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) studies as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
