- Required Senior Hr Officer
Job Description :
Requires an experienced Senior HR Officer in UAE.
Job Details:
- Designs and delivers compensation and performance management training and guidance to business units as needed.
- Manages other compensation projects as necessary.
- Administers the annual Company-wide performance review process. Acts as the primary point of contact for the employee population during the process.
- Participates in and completes financial analyses for compensation plan design changes or new plan proposals.
- Analyzes compensation survey data to assist with the determination of trends for use in determining salary recommendations. May participate in compensation surveys.
- Provides guidance and support during Reductions in Force. Partners with management to create action plans to minimize Company liability.
- Ensures Company policies are communicated and adhered to on a consistent basis. Initiates corporate policy changes as they relate to legal compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder.
- Knowledge of HR functions.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Only Male candidates need to apply.
- One year experience in the same field.
