We are looking for an experienced Nurse in UAE.

Job Details:

• Superviseclinical care and provides constructive feedback, coaching and mentoring.
• Actsas a resource / preceptor for new employees and physicians.
• Assistsin the development and implementation of new programs, department   specificpolicies and procedures and strategic planning to meet department   objectives. 
• Promotestaff retention through regular personal contact.
• Monitorsstaffing, turnover, supply usage according to parameters established    bydepartment director.
• Monitorsquality initiatives, participate in data collection and assist    w/theimplementation of initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• With valid MOH Licence.
• BSc Nursing Degree.
• Only Female candidates need to apply.
• One year experience in the same field.
