Job Description :

A Construction company urgently looking for a Project Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Executes the project on time, within the approved budget and in accordance with the   contract specifications.
•  Ensures that the quality of materials and the installation of work are in accordance with the   criteria identified for the project.
•  Ensure correct preparation of Bid Summaries in conjunction with the Project Quantity   Surveyor.
•  Reviews with the Project Staff the detailed programs for the execution of the project.
•  Receives all relevant information regarding design, drawings and engineering.
•  Follow-up with the purchasing section for the procurement of materials.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication skill.
• Must have minimum 5 years UAE experience.
• Bachelor of Science In Construction Management / Civil Engineering.
• Should have Leadership skill.
• Excellent managerial skills.
