Job Details:

• Creates comprehensive and effective change management strategies to mitigate risk    and ensure project success. 
• Monitors overall HR compliance activities.
• Benchmarks programs to industry, researches solutions and makes   recommendations.
• Provides feedback to project team members as necessary for high performance.
• Facilitates problem-solving activities to define problems, assess current state root   causes, design and test solutions, and implement solutions leading to desired   outcomes tied to business results.
• Leads, monitors and controls the execution of HR project initiatives; drives and    monitors issues and risks to keep project initiatives on track.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder
• Minimum two years experience in the same field.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Good communication skills.
